Not so helpful staff!

The breakfast was satisfactory, they served outstanding meals. The location was stunning, at a moderate distance from Boats to Phi Phi Island. It was really comfortable stay, I didn't feel like leaving and would love to come back.

The location in a busy area was good and absolutely perfect and there were a night market and a market nearby. Every staff member was exceptional and incredible.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Phuket. The hotel itself is stunning, with spacious rooms and excellent facilities. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and safety throughout my stay. One highlight was the pool in the room, a luxurious touch that added to the overall experience. Another standout feature was the top-notch breakfast, offering a wide variety of delicious options from different cuisines. The attention to detail and level of service at this hotel truly exceeded my expectations.

While the hotel was amazing in many aspects, there was one small area that could be improved. The public swimming pool, although beautiful, was a bit smaller than I anticipated.

I thoroughly enjoyed the room with good facilities, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast was very very good, had lots of food.

Awesome room, view, pool, staff, and facilities. Sea view studio and sky pool villa worth price difference. Good spa, pricy but fair. Great breakfast buffet, lots of options. Convenient location for trips to nearby islands. Taxi or Grab/Bolt recommended for cheaper transportation.

I had a wonderful stay at Sinae Phuket - Sha Extra Plus. The villa was stunning, with a private pool and breathtaking sea view. The resort provided a peaceful and authentic experience near Phuket town. The restaurant served delicious Thai cuisine at an affordable price, and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. They even upgraded us to a duplex villa to make our stay more comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and memorable vacation.
